Her latest novel, Sunburn, takes its inspiration from the ’40s noir of James M. Cain and others, and is described by the NY Times as, cool and twisty, but with plenty of heart.
Mark Billingham is a  novelist, actor, television screenwriter and comedian whose series of ‘Tom Thorne’ crime novels are multi-million-copy  best-sellers.  His latest, The Killing Habit, inspired by a real-life case, deals with a scenario familiar to most pet owners in south London.
